peaq, 2026
As the sole UX and UI designer, I led the redesign of peaq's consumer mobile app — collaborating closely with product management on research and strategy, and with engineering on implementation. The work centered on core features, navigation, and overall visual design.

Process
Research & Strategy
I collaborated with product management to build a shared understanding of the market landscape and the company's evolving direction. This research informed both the structural and narrative decisions in the redesign — ensuring the app communicated not just features, but the bigger story of what peaq was building.
Core Features & Navigation
With a clearer picture of user needs and product direction, I audited the existing app's core features and navigation. I restructured the information architecture to better reflect the updated product priorities and redesigned key flows to reduce friction for both new and experienced users.
Visual Design
I overhauled the design to align with the company's updated direction — creating a clear, cohesive experience that felt credible to crypto-native users while remaining approachable for a broader audience.

Outcome
The redesigned app successfully communicated peaq's updated product direction and company story — giving both hardcore crypto users and newcomers a clearer, more engaging entry point into the ecosystem. Shipping the initial version established a strong foundation for continued iteration, with real user feedback now available to guide the next phase of improvements.
